An organist is sought to play on two Sundays per month for the Parish Eucharist (Common Worship, modern rite, Mass of St Thomas, by Thorne, New English Hymnal) either at St James Coldwaltham or St John the Evangelist Bury on alternate weeks. In both churches there is a pipe organ, both of which are tuned on a regular basis. There is a small, robed choir on 3 Sundays per month. On occasions services are also held at St Botolph’s Hardham and St Nicholas Houghton. There is also the opportunity to play for several weddings each year.
