    Ticehurst and Flimwell (combined pop. 3,800; combined ER 151) are two attractive villages within easy reach of Tunbridge Wells and the south coast.Predominantly rural, they have a broad demographic, with a varied and colourful local life.

    St Mary’s, Ticehurst (Grade 2*; USA 80) occupies a central position in the thriving village where the vicarage is also situated.St Augustine’s, Flimwell (Grade 2; USA 15) offers twice monthly Sunday worship.In 2022, St Mary’s was given the EcoChurch gold award.
