The Order of St Richard
The Order of St Richard takes place this year on Saturday 5th October. Many people who serve faithfully in our churches across the Diocese are put forward for an award to thank them and recognise their contribution to their church community.
As in previous years, the event takes place in Chichester Cathedral at 12 noon.
The awards will be presented by Bishop Will and we hope that many people will be able to make the journey to the cathedral, with friends and their parish family, to be presented with a special Order of St Richard collerette and pin, which they can wear with pride.
All recipients of the award this year will be notified in good time, in order to make travel arrangements.
