We are seeking to appoint a full time Families and Schools Worker to join our team. We are looking for someone who loves Jesus Christ and who has a heart for families and young people.

The aims of the role are:

• To help the church reach out to local families and young people with the good news of Jesus Christ.
• To help disciple children and young people in partnership with their parents to follow Jesus Christ.
• To coordinate the church’s input to local schools especially St Paul’s CE Academy and St Leonards CE Primary Academy as our linked church schools.

St Matthew’s Church is an evangelical Anglican church in St Leonards on Sea in East Sussex. We are part of family of three churches working together in ministry and mission and you will be joining our churches at an exciting time of growth .
