- Coordinating lay training courses and events

- A salary of £10,826 per annum (pro-rata FTE £27,066) for 15 hours work per week with flexibility as to how hours are worked across the week.
- Flexi-time and hybrid working. The role is based at Church House, Hove with the opportunity to apply to use the DBF’s remote working policy to work from home for part of the week.
- Enrolment into the Diocesan Pension Scheme with a 15.1% employer contribution and flexible employee contribution of between 0-6%,
- A 0.4 pro-rate entitlement to 28 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays and an additional 2 privilege days leave per year

Lay Ministry and Training Administrator
(15 hours a week for 12 months maternity leave cover)
We are looking for a highly competent Administrator to support the Lay Ministry and Training Officer. This role is offered at 15 hours a week for a 12-month period to cover maternity leave.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Apostolic Life team at Church House and support lay ministry and training across the diocese and make a real difference in our mission.
