Headteacher, St John’s C of E Primary School, Crowborough
Following the decision of our Headteacher to step down and retire, the Governors at St John’s Church of England Primary School are seeking to recruit a new Headteacher for September 2026 to lead our successful and thriving school at the heart of its community. We are looking for an exceptional Headteacher who:
St John’s is a one form entry primary school which has been oversubscribed for the past two years. The school received good outcomes in both the Ofsted and SIAMS inspections in 2025. There is a healthy relationship with St John the Evangelist Church next door. Parents and pupils place a high importance on the Christian ethos which is evident in the school.
