Maintenance Surveyor
Are you a skilled and motivated property professional looking to make a meaningful impact? The Diocese of Chichester is seeking a Maintenance Surveyor to join our Property team, managing and maintaining our diverse housing portfolio across West Sussex.
As Maintenance Surveyor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our properties are safe, well-maintained, and ready for occupation. You’ll diagnose defects, manage repairs, liaise with contractors and residents, and oversee compliance with electrical testing regimes. You’ll also support the delivery of quinquennial repairs and improvements and contribute to the smooth running of the Property team. This is a varied and rewarding role that offers the opportunity to work within a supportive team and contribute to the mission of the diocese.
