Clergy expenses are normally met by their parish. Guidance can be found here. Contact the treasurer or administrator for details of how to claim.
Clergy retired from stipendiary ministry are entitled to a casual duty fee and travelling expenses for Sunday or mid-week services conducted in a parish in which they do not habitually worship to cover for an interregnum or for sickness.Travelling expenses, but not fees, are payable to stipendiary clergy, SSMs, Readers and clergy in full-time employment.
