Howard provides confidential support to the Bishop, particularly on legal, disciplinary and safeguarding matters. He also manages the Bishop’s office team and has overall responsibility for the Palace operation, including oversight of the building and grounds.

Jeannette manages the Bishop’s diary and correspondence, and is the point of contact for all requests for a meeting with the Bishop.

Palace Administrator

Ian is responsible for the day to day administration of the Palace, with a focus on events and hospitality. He is the primary contact for requests to use the Palace facilities.

PTO & Licensed Clergy Administrator

Paul administers the Permission to Officiate (PTO) process, including overseeing DBS checks for all new applications and renewals. He also processes incoming CCSL requests, and advises on enquiries to do with good standing and the National Clergy Register.
