St Andrew’s Church Burgess Hill is seeking a new Worship Pastor, at this exciting time in the life of our Church. The successful candidate will have a passion for leading the local church in sung worship and be adept in prayerfully discerning the prompting of the Holy Spirit during times of gathered worship. They will need to have experience of leading a worship team, have a high level of musical proficiency and experience, as well as excellent pastoral and people skills.
