Exhibition at St Nicolas Church, Pevensey
Our Church has stood at the centre of PEVENSEY since 1216.The oldest building still in use here for its original purpose, the church is a mainstay of Christian belief and local life, a living link between today's village community and Pevensey’s medieval heritage. We recently celebrated the 950th anniversary of church buildings in Sussex.
Pictured here with Fr Tony Windross and Perter Harrison local historian who made the display.
The church is open every day.
