    This is a fantastic opportunity to work with the rector, Revd Arwen Folkes, in two lively and growing parishes on the Sussex coast. The parishes are in the Anglican catholic tradition and both are fully involved in the life of their local communities having been at the forefront of community support during the Covid pandemic and now engaging in the welfare of Ukrainian refugees.

    We are looking for a priest who

    • Enjoys both village life and town life and be willing to play a significant role in both Bishopstone and the village of Seaford.
    • Easily forms pastoral and missional connections with different community groups
    • Can lead and develop sacramental worship that has depth and vibrancy
    • Takes time to get to know and love people
    • Nurtures faith creatively
    • Deepens their own life of faith and love of prayer through personal devotion and love of the sacraments
    • Enjoys being part of a team and allow the gifts of others to flourish.

    A suitable house is provided in Bishopstone.
