Felted Poppy Brooch Workshop Wednesday 17 October, 10.30am – 1.00pm
Use wool fleece and the technique of wet felting to create your own handmade felt poppy pin for Remembrance Sunday. This workshop will be led by artist Cath Bristow. No experience necessary. An opportunity to explore the wonderful medium of willow with international land artists Mark and Rebecca Ford. Chichester Starlight Trail 29 November Drop-in between 4.00-8.00pm
Collect your Starlight Trail passport from either the Novium Museum, Pallant House Gallery or Chichester Cathedral, and complete a star lantern at a venue of your choice. Once you have made your lantern, travel to the other venues to take part in festive crafts and activities, collecting stamps along the way. Dementia Friendly Carol Service at Chichester Cathedral Monday 3 December 2.30 – 3.30pm
This service has been designed to be accessible for people living with dementia and their carers. The service will include well known Christmas carols, a tableau of the Christmas Story with two donkeys from Hayling Island Donkey Sanctuary, short prayers and readings followed by refreshments.
