Church Buildings Roadshows 2019
The theme for the 2019 Roadshows will be 'Planning Church Building Projects' and the dates and venues are as follows:

Date: Wednesday 2 October
Venue: Battle, St Mary the Virgin
Date: Tuesday 22 October
Venue: Arundel, St Nicholas
The theme of this year’s Roadshows is ‘Planning Church Building Projects’. Each evening will begin with refreshments at 7pm with the programme starting at 7.30pm. The agenda for each evening will include a talk about planning church buildings projects, case studies from around the Diocese, and a Q and A session. As usual, we’ve organised one Roadshow per archdeaconry but please do feel free to book for another evening if the date or venue is more convenient for you.
All are welcome to attend so please pass this invitation on to those in your congregation who are involved in planning church building projects and may be interested. Free places can be booked using the links above – please include the names and email addresses of all those you are booking places for and the name of your parish. Caring for Church Buildings and Permissions
These training sessions are particularly aimed at new churchwardens and clergy (and those who would like a refresher) and will focus on the processes involved in applying for permissions for works to church buildings.
