St Matthias church in Brighton has recently launched a new Children’s Church. The role will involve running excellent Children’s groups on a Sunday, working alongside parents, supporting and encouraging children to grow in their faith, knowledge of the bible, understanding of being a disciple of Jesus, and to become active members of St Matthias church. The role also entails organising the termly Children’s Church Sunday programme, including planning the curriculum, craft activities and songs, planning holiday clubs, parties and other outreach events. You will also ensure that effective administration and record keeping is maintained for all aspects of the work.
Salary: £17,150 per annum pro rata 20 hours per week. Closing Date: 26.11.17
