A special service to remember the lives of 258 Sussex bellringers who served during the First World War will take place in a church that has the only 12-bell tower in Sussex.
St Swithun's church in East Grinstead is well known for its bell ringing. The Bishop of Horsham dedicated the 12 bells on 9th November 1985.You can read more about their history here
Marissa Hayes, a bell -ringer and co-ordinator for the event said: "This service is a fitting tribute to all those who served during the First World War."

The event takes place on Saturday 8 April at 4.30pm.
