Exploring the theme of Jesus as teacher in the Gospel of Matthew, correcting common misconceptions about his critique of the Pharisees and looking at how his vision for discipleship might shape ministry today

9 June 2018 - “Catching up with sex in the first century AD” 

Exploring sex in the worlds of Judaism and the Roman Empire in the first century AD and how Paul and Jesus’ teachings fit into that, covering some of the common misconceptions around in the Anglican debates about human sexuality
